Carrying your admin...
How do I carry my admin for like a system recovery or to a new PC? This is one thing bugging me.. I must export my identity or use a new token? Am I missing something but this sounds like a long procedure.

Like my bank card, I must carry my identity and when you receive the blue screen of death, oh, you permanently lost your identifty thus unable to get your admin accout back?
Surely there is another way like creating a password assigned to your unique ID or something? Keeping your admin account should be easy like on TS2.
Just an opinion.

Where is the problem to save this export on a external drive like USB volumes? Another way is to burn that file on a CD/DVD or another physical hard drive. If you have nothing of it, you can still save this file online on a secure place.

Also, you can generate a Server Query password for your account and save it somewhere so you can grant yourself SA status on the server.
If that isn't enough, you have the last resort option, that is using the serveradmin account, through Server Query. This is written all over the docs that it only shows up once and you should save it.

Is it possible to export other users identities? A lot of new users will probably forget.

I really don't think so...It would be like if you had access to everyone's accounts and passwords.
