License Key not found

I know there are about a trillion posts about this but I must be doing something wrong.

I have put the licensekey.dat file at the root of my TS3 folder. Made sure that there are no spaces at the end of licensepath= turned all my firewalls off and am still getting the error stating that a valid license key is not found.

I have tried to give a full path to the file using C:\Program Files..... and still nothing.

Any help would be great.

Simple delete licensepath= row from config file.

Nope, still didn't work.

it's working now. Firefox renamed it to .dat and hid .txt at the end. D'OH!!!!
