Admin Rights permanent granted

Dear Community,
My english is bad, sorry for difficult reading.
There's my problem:
At my Server of TS³, I want to grant some clients admin rights. I just click 'Rights' then 'Server groups'. I added the correct ID's. But when the persons, who i granted the rights, just reconnect to the server, they dont have any admin rights.
Their 'profile' look like this:

I dont want the rights temponary, I want that they ever have these rights.
I hope i have posted in the correct section of your board and I hope you would understand me.

Hallo liebe Community,
Auf meinem TS³-Server will ich einige Rechte einigen Usern richtig vergeben. Sprich: Admin Rechte.
Ich hatte auf 'Rechte' und 'Server Gruppen' geklickt. Ich habe dann die richtigen ID's eingetragen und bestätigt. Aber wenn die Personen, denen ich die Rechte gab, sich neu connecten,haben sie diese nicht mehr. Sie sollen sie also permanent haben.
(PS: Es sind keine 'SSA'-Rechte)
Ich hoffe ich hab richtig gepostet.
///EDIT:'Admin (226)' ist das Recht, das ich permanent vergeben will.
