Problems with mysql connect

I have no idea what I've missed.

Startup:
start ts3server_win64.exe createinifile=1 dbplugin=ts3db_mysql dbpluginparameter=ts3db_mysql.ini dbsqlcreatepath=create_mysql/

ts3db_mysql.ini, located in TS3 server root directory where ts3server_win64.exe exists

I wonder why TS3 server daemon doesn't read mysql configuration file.


And I have 1 more question. Does TS3 server reads ts3server.ini by default without a "createinifile" parameter?
