How to upgrade from ts2 to ts3 on Debian Lenny?

I'm using ts 2 on debian lenny (db stored in sqlite, installed as package from packages.debian.org). How it possible to upgrade ts2 to ts3?

Not at all. You have to install from scratch.
Too many differences/improvements in ts3.

There is no reasonable way to move any data from ts2 to ts3.

With a lot of work only. The channels will be the smallest problem, but the permissions and clients will kick your butt ;-) So if you won't transfer some thousand channels, it would be easier to transfer them by hand and add permissions time by time.
