No connection

I'm using TS3-beta5 on linux Ubuntu 9.04 - 64bit

It simply do not connect:

<21:41:25> Trying to resolve hostname ts.timetofrag.com
<21:41:25> Connecting to server 195.43.185.234:8720
<21:41:31> Failed to connect to server

I tryed by IP also,but the answer is the same.
I tryed some other server, but same problem.

I'm sure that adresses are good because if I use TS2 instead of TS3, everything works well.

When will it be compadeble with TS2? Because I do not think that the server I am going to connect have ts3 installed or going to install ts3 server. So how can I connect with ts2 client to the ts3 server? have a nice day.
