    I cannot connect

    On teamspeak 2 I can connect to this server:
    69.64.39.10:8767
    But not on teamspeak 3.

    ??

    because teamspeak 3 has its own servers.

    you cannot connect to a ts2 server using ts3 client :P
    at least not yet anyway
