Firstly, iam using a 2mbit line with 448kbit upload (-> around 54kb/s up).
usually, while sending data to the serv with speex codec, ive constant 20ms ping. If I use the CELT codec @max., the ping is between 20-65ms (pretty jumpy), even @lowest CELT codec there a still small ping spikes up to 40ms.

It's just using 20kb/s, this shouldnt be the problem if ive 54kb/s up max., not even 50% are used of my bandwith...

any explanations?
