is there a limit of 32 users?
we moved from TS2 to TS3 and for whatever reason, we seem to only be able to host 32 clients at one time. Is this normal? or are we missing something

No, you just need to fill a registration form.

Everyone on here keeps asking this question. Before I registered and went asking, I looked through the forums (Was looking for the answer to that specific question), and I found it right away.
