[Solved] Teamspeak "Beeps" when Microphone is Muted

Hey Everyone,

I just updated to Beta 5 of the Windows TS3 client. I have found that Now when I mute my Microphone, Teamspeak Beeps every time a loud noise (A noise that would normally trigger my voice activation) is heard from the microphone. How do I disable this?

Easy fix. Go to Options>Settings>Notifications>On Right, Other>Uncheck "Talk While Muted".

Apply.

It should be fixed.

It is a feature, not broke such that it needs "fixing".
(And you were close - but dyslexic)

SETTINGS - OPTIONS - NOTIFICATIONS (configure sound notifications) - OTHER - TALK WHILE MUTED - (un-check)

to DISABLE playing of a reminder sound that plays to warn you that you are still muted when you try to talk while muted. (DEFAULTS to [checked] ON)

Messed me up too until I figured out what it was.

I keep teamspeak on and mute my mic while i watch movies and other tv shows on my pc, while my ts3 client is mutes it keeps emitting a beeping sound every couple seconds. it's verry annoying, how do I turn off this ..feature?
im using the latest client (7?) connected to beta9 server.

nm, found it, under settings > options> misc> warn when mic is muted..
duh!

This "Solution" doesnt work for me. The annoying sound dont stop, when i tap my hotkey (or the button "Microphon muted" on the list). And i uncheck ALL Boxes and disable all Soundpacks and whatever.

This making me crazy ...

oh btw: this Menu doesnt exist in the German Version: TALK WHILE MUTED.

It will be changed to "Akustischen Hinweis abspielen, wenn das Mikrofon gemutet ist"
