@DeMiNe0,
you open the scripts in a editor and copy the sql commands and execute them in phpmyadmin, mysql administrator or within a php-script which connects to the database.
kind regards,
Sven
@Yannick,
what was the problem?

or use an SQLlite Browser to look in the Databasefile
On local installed TS3 server start the SQLlite Browser and open the ts3database (its in the TS3server folder)
on root server download the ts3database file and open it with the SQLlite Browser.

Hi there...
First of all, nice script! But...
In great power lies great responsibility!
And that's my problem...
I share our root with one other person. Both of us have full root control and it's not possible to change this. The possibility is given but i wont change this out of other reasons not concerning ts3... he needs it!
Now I have a serious problem...
Because I never had time to get used to the ts3 permission system, i couldn't get the others used to it. Consequently I firstly have never given any rights on our ts3 servers...
that part is finished since i created a own servergroup for moderators.
now my partner suffering from megalomania uses all the time this script to regain access to the serverqueryadmin user. what really is getting on my nerves! he doesnt have any knowledge about the serverquery and the total ts3 permission system, so i don't see any reason why i should give him such powerful rights on a very important pillar of our community.
is there a possibility to prevent the usement of the script by editing or deleting the serverqueryadmin (clientid=1) and readding it, if I want to access the query?
Or would that cause the death of the function of the database?
is the serveradmin user imperative to the function of the whole ts3 instance?

Tried this with beta 23 and it tells me that I still have insufficient privilege.
My issue is that I copied the files into the beta 20 folder with the beta 23 and restarted the server. my original password now does not work even though nothing changed in my sql database in regards to the password.
I used this method and I still get the bad log in
error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=4877 (31 ms)
Total: 31 ms
I used the ts3 generator also and still doesn't work.Last edited by AKA-Shadow; 06-06-2010 at 07:10. Reason: typos

Server token lost
Hi,
I have a big problem and I dont found any information which can help me.. I lost my server token. The token which will create by the server after the first installation. I dont want to reinstall the whole server and create the subts3server once again.. Which options are available the get the token back or get a new one? I am currently very frustrated about my fail to didnt keep the servertoken on a save place .. :-/
I tried a shellscript (because I have a Linuxserver) named ts3recover (link) but this script didnt work correctly. Whenever I want to start the script with the command: ./ts3recover.sh they give back an error in the commandline:
./ts3recover.sh : No such file or directory
I hope someone can help me.. :-/
best regards.
