Server Query Login
Hey guys!
I'm wondering where the Server Query Login is located at because i cannot find it in my logfiles. Can anyone please tell me the path where it is located at? When I first started my server the password was shown and i was able to login. in earlier versions the password was written in the logfile so i didnt have to save it on my own computer. can anyone help me pls?
Thanks,
mou
EDIT: The server is running under linux x64.

If you talk about privilege key, only be used once. You can create a new one.
But if you've lost the serveradmin password, take a look in this thread: http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthrea...word-Look-here!

why did they made it that complicated.. never had any problems with the password written in the logs. all you have to do is to refuse all rights on the file.. anyway... i try to follow the instructions written in this thread.
Thanks Jordi

The part to edit the sql database does not work.
This is the right usage isnt it? Or do i have to fill the password field with the unencrypted part?Code:UPDATE clients SET client_login_password="cJaWdsaUvnCVuH6vfXQ=" WHERE client_unique_id="serveradmin"
Anyway, i restarted the server with ./ts3server_startscript.sh start serveradmin_password=xxx and this work quite well.Last edited by florian_fr40; 26-03-2012 at 08:00.

This is the correct usage. 1 of 2 things is happening. You never actually ran/committed the update statement, or you renamed your serveradmin's unique id. I would go with the statement not being committed. You could check by running
Code:SELECT client_unique_id AS "Unique ID",client_nickname AS Nickname,client_login_password AS Password FROM clients WHERE client_login_password IS NOT NULL

You cannot reverse the password in the DB. You have to reset/overwrite it.

Get back SuperAdmin Token
Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to get back Super Server Admin Key, that is only given the first time you launch a TS3 Server. It has been a long time since I created mine so now, I can't figure where I did put it...I am sorry to bother you guys with this question, but I need to change my server ( create another virtual server).
thanks!

This question does not explain, where your server is hosted and is this really your server and not any server from the weblist.
