Bug in server_quickstart.txt

Just a small typo in server Beta 9, doc/server_quickstart.txt

* logpath (logs/)
The physical path where the server will create logfiles.
Default: The server will search for SQL script files in the "logs/" subdirectory.

Should be something like:
Default: The server will create logfiles in the "logs/" subdirectory.

As long as we're at it.. The section that talks about the server not working without a license file should be updated to say that it will run in restricted mode without a license file.
