NON-PROFIT LICENSE & File sharing/ Avatars

do i need a Registered NON-PROFIT LICENSE for using Avatars or file sharing ?

i run a Debian Linux with TS3 RC9 Server Software. Avatars can be set but on other clients there is only the messege "loading image". Upload in channels is possible up to 200kb. Dowload says " connection timed out" same with file uploads lager than 230kb.

for setup i used KoldFusions instructions.

somebody an idea ?

I don't think you use Release candidate 9 - that's beta 9!
Please install the latest server software (completely new).
Then all permissions should set right.
