Personal Servers
I have hosting via my ISP... what is the easiest way to host a TSII server... or could I host realtime from my machine?

Everyone can host a TS server. The only limitation is your bandwidth which decides about what codec you should use and how many people you should allow.
There is a comprehensive manual in the FAQ section dealing with most aspects of the TS2 Server and Client. Give that a try. When using a router you just have to make sure that you forward the udp port correctly.
