Installation for Mac
Right Click on Teampeak 3 client (which should be on your Application folder)
Choose Open Pack content
Open Contents -> SharedSupport ->translations
drag & drop (or copy) the lagos_fr.qm, and qt_fr.qm files

Translation updated for BETA 23 (PERMISSION IS NOW IN FRENCH), take updated translation on first post !

Well, I see several errors in your translation.
