Clients per IP
How do you make it so only one client can connect per IP address? (For a group)

Make no sense, when you got a DNs adress for your server. Or do you mean a whitelist, where only user with IP xyz can connect?

I guess he wants what he's saying.
Better explained
He wants to set permissions for only one unique person per public IP to connect to his server.
IP1::User1 -> Success.
IP1::User2 -> Failure.
I can't see how this would be of any use though since there is people that uses routers and might be more people from same public IP connecting to the same server. Might not be like this in his case, but just telling how it can be.
