there looks nothing wrong with your English and as you are on an English forum...

and the best tip i can give you, is when you get an error on a permission you want (with test user), you go to the most left texttab, bottom and you will see the error. This error will include the permission where you are failing on.
By checking this in the servergroups/client/channel etc permission, using the search (filter: ) you can easily find it.
Also check this permission to see how it is active on the user, rightclick user -> permission -> permissions overview. (handy search again)

And if you have all that information, it is a simple trial and error and logic. And sooner or later you have your permission
