    Autojoin Subchannel with "Space"

    hi,

sorry if this questions was asked before. didnt found something via the search function.

is it possible to autojoin on connect a subchannel with a "space" in the name?

    for example ->
autojoin a nested channel group like "test -> test ->test" is possible

autojoin a nested channel group like "test 1 -> test 2 -> test 3" is not possible.

    i tried,"\s", simple " ", _, %20, /, \, - (all without "" and , ) nothing worked.

    thanks for hints!

I have tried the following test. Note all usage of quotes are used only to denote the strings in question. Do NOT type the quote characters when copying this to TS3.

    Given a channel of "a a", a subchannel of "b b", and a further subchannel of "c c", such as the following...

    • a a
      • b b
        • c c

I am able to join automatically "a a" by simply putting "a a" in the default channel textfield. To autojoin subchannel "b b", it requires "a a/b b" in the default channel textfield. To autojoin subchannel "c c", it requires "a a/b b/c c" in the default channel textfield.

Again, I remind you not to use the quote characters.

thank you. i can confirm its working the way you said for channels without any "specials".

but its not working for the following scenario:

    • a a
      • b b
        • c c
-> channel "c c" has "needed channel join power" = 100 ; needed channel subscribe power" = 100; and is password proteced.

so my client have permission to this channel inclusive password.

i tried your hint "a a/b b/c c" inclusive the channel password and it didnt worked for the "special channel".

I'm not very well read on the permissions system, but it's the "needed channel join power" that seems to be causing this not to work. I'm able to join the channel manually, but auto-joining it as the default channel appears to fail. Not sure what to make of this. Hopefully someone who knows the permissions system much better can assist you.
