Member can't connect
Hello my friend is trying to connect to my server, but he get's a "Failed to connect to server" message. I don't understand why he cannot enter because the address and port he entered are both correct.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

You have to forward the voice-port used by the teamspeak3-server at your router and firewall.

Connect to your router interface by help of your webbrowser using your routers ip address, e.g. http://192.168.0.1
Login with your admin rights, go to a part named "port forwarding" or "virtual server" or "gaming" and forward the port of your TS³ server to your local network id, e.g. Forward port TCP 9987 (standard TS³ server port) to ip 192.168.0.2
Search with google for help to YOUR router type and port forwarding
