VST Plugins for TS3

HI,

it would be nice if i could use VST Plugins for Teamspeak3
......
the background is the very different volume of my teammates therfore
i would be prefer to insert a compressor effect on the Waveout of Teamspeak.
I know i can adjust the volume of every connected player but a simple singleband compressor VST plugin would do the job.

For the mic input side i would wish a also a VST plugin capability of TS3....
I want to use a VST Noisgate / Compressor / EQ plugin for my Voice.

At the moment i am using a Hardware compressor from DBX on the Wavout of TS3 (a DBX 166 inserted in my Soundcraft EPM mixer)

the VST's would have to be limited to Inbound audio streams, if users had VSTs on their Outbound voice then it would be horribly abused.

If i would make abuse with it i could route my Voice through an effect processor and connect it to the TS3 audio input (via my mixer or a my ESI device routing)

But a processiong for the output voice would be very cool!

You could just have your group of players run a matching plugin that normalizes output for everyone...
