skip, value, negate
hello everyone

i have a question. what is the difference of: skip, value an negate?
i can tick skip an negate, what do it?

Value is the value of the permission. True/False or an Integer, depending on what type of permission it is.
Normally, if a channel group has a certain permission that a server group doesn't, the channel group overrides the server group. If you set the Skip flag in the server group, the channel group WON'T override it.
Negate (as I understand it, haven't tested), will make it so that whatever value is lowest will be used.

or how much power you need to have to change it.
like some of the virtual server grants are 100. a normal server admin with power of 75
cant change it
