Cant Connect From Wan ip.Or outside People.
I can not connect to my teamspeak useing the wan ip people are supposed to connect with , the weird things is that i opend all ports on both of my computeres and the router and i also have all firewalls off. i can connect to it from my ip but thats always possible. nobody else can connect to it either...any ideas

What kind of router/ISP you using?

Try removing all your ports on your router.
MAke sure your DMZ is set too your internal IP Address and make sure you have upnp enabled.
Doing this you should have no problems connecting with any team speak servers. And you won't have too mess about using ports ever again.
As the ports will open and close automatically with upnp/
Your internal ip should be something like 192.168.1.100
