Avatar
Hi,
We are having problems adding avatar's to user profiles. our 2 admins have added avatars, but normal users cant, we get the messages avatar must be 300 X 300 pixels, we make the avatar 300 x 300 or less then get an error message " invalid size "
there have been no permission settings put in place by the admins so we are to a loss as to why normal users cannot add the avatars.
just a note, the 2 admins who have avatars have images larger than 300 x 300 pixels
Thanks
Devils

Did you set the "i_client_max_avatar_filesize" correctly for the user group?

if the setting of the field is "greyed out" it means the person is NOT able to upload
so ... just input some values (in bytes)

if userrights set correctly and it doesnīt work anyway, you could try uploading your avatar in another channel. in default chan itīs not possible to upload avatars.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried changing the size to exactly 300 x 300, I've even tried using much smaller pics, but it keeps giving me a message that says "invalid size"

"invalid size" refers to the file size. Increase "i_client_max_avatar_filesize" in the servergroup if you want to allow your clients to load bigger images.
