I don't under stand if you installed the TS3 Server and client or just the client. Is it a rented server, local install, or your own server(other location)?
If your own server/local is the port portforwarded? (Default server is port 9987)
Did you check to see if you have the right port number?
Is the server running?
Is the virtual server running? (A individual virtual server can be stopped with out the server stopping-ts3 server that is-.)
