[Suggest]Server admin ability to change users avatar
Rebz and Dante were talking about editing the avatar files on the server, so if users have inappropriate or offensive avatars then can be changed.
Instead of modifying the file it is stored in, just giving the Server Admin the ability to set avatars for users. Then the offensive pic can be deleted or changed to a new one with a message like "This was an inappropriate image"
It could also be a way of pre-approving the avatars.
