    i thought i posted in this thread already...

    anyway, yeah it sucks that topic hyperlinks do not work anymore, please bring them back or add an option to be set somewhere on/in the server to turn them on/off

    Agreed - I have put quite a bit of time into putting same-sized img tags into every one of my channels with a link to each game's web site. This makes it a nice, standard spot for people to be able to click to go to get things like game updates, map packs etc, and leaves the description area free for users to leave game info for each other etc.

    For games that support it, I have even put the connection URLs into the topic so people can join my game servers easily.

    Note this worked fine on the beta6 client, don't know why a feature would be *removed* at this late stage, since it was working perfectly.

    Please bring back img and url tags in channel topics!
