There was mention of sending a token along with a URL variable so that we can validate our users true identity, and thus provide a level of balance between our user base and TS3 clients.

Could you please provide a full list of URL variables which we can pass.

Further Important Question

Since I use a simple userID system, which on my main site is just an autoincremented number, I would like to sync this with the TS3 system, this makes things easy and clean.

In order to do that I would have to allow only those with a token (and thus a client record) to connect, and remove TS3's mysql file that creates the record, however I am not quiet sure this is the right action, advise is welcome...
