[Solved] Can't connect with telnet

OK, I've recently installed the server.
Now I changed the portnumber of the first server from 9987 to 10000 with telnet.

Now, whenever I try to connect with telnet again (localhost 10000), it just gives an error message that it can't connect.

What could be the problem here?

The query port is different from the virtual server port. Try connecting on 10011.

Also most people dont run Telnet anymore due to security concerns as SSH replaced it many moons ago.

I dont run Telnet on my box and never will (Well maybe with SSH Tunneling).

Yes, but TS3 has a telnet interface, not a SSH interface

Which is why I miss out on all that hoohaa.

Which is going to suck big time for an Admin Panel. I will need to find a work around
