While the virtual server is offline it floods the logs with

This started at 2am when they stopped my server
They restarted the server instance.
Also while the server is offline. When Gametracker or any other serverquery status program/script. is viewed on a website it still shows that the server is online. I do not know if the logs above correlate with when they connect and run their scripts.

Any info on this issue?
