    TeamSpeak 3 SDK update

    Hi,

Could you pls update the TeamSpeak 3 SDK too? we can download the beta1, but the server is beta16, and the client is beta12.

I think TeamSpeak wants to see only one real client.
The users shall use only the one best supported client
and not an unsecure maybe virus catched client from another person.

If you want to have a voip solution for your own app
you can use the sdk. If you want to have a simple voip
solution for talking to friends you have to use the client.

ok, and how can I deploy the software that is being developed with the SDK to a Teamspeak production environment?

Otherwise it would mean we are coding purely in SDK space with no chance of ever putting the software to use. Or am I missing something?

The SDK is meant to be used e.g. by game developers that want to add voice communication into their product. Naturally they will be hosting their own ts3 sdk servers when doing this (depending on the model either ts3 sdk server is integrated into the game server [think games like counter strike where the end user gets a server] or as an external ts3 sdk server farm hosted by the game developing company [think of games like world of warcraft where you do not get the server as end user]).
You think my answer is stupid ? Read This:
    http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-...ons.html#intro

In a world without fences and walls - who needs windows and gates ?

Unhappy Understood: SDK: integrate TS functios into own main vs. integrate code into TS main.

ok, finally an answer that I understand - even though it's not what wanted to hear . Will there ever be a SDK for the "normal" TS3 server?

    Thanks,

i dont get voice activation or continous transmission to work

i have to use push to talk with teamspeak 3 and i really hate it.

the 2 other options, continous transmisson and voice activation detection do not work for somehow, i can choose em and do a test and the test seemes fine but once i leave the option menu back to the chat room it does not transmit my voice. Is there a workaround this? id really apreeciate some help.
