Hello, here is the problem that it's happening me.

I use win vista 32bits, I downloaded beta12, I have the windows firewall and malware off, only use nod32 and never it has given me problems.
I tried to restart the computer, restart the router, run as admin the ts3 and reinstalling the program and nothing... can anybody help me??
