limit whisper function

Hello everyone,

I just started running my own TS3 Server for a few ppl and one thing that came up while planning a few things was, if the new TS included a way to limit the whisper function so that only users with certain rights could use them.

I tried a few things but haven't found the right setting (if they are there...). Is this possible, and if not, where can I put up a suggestion to include such a function?

There is no permission to forbid whisper to other user.
To whisper to another user:
- you need talk power, if the channel you like to whisper is moderated
- you have to be inside the channel or should be able to subscribe target channel
- other user have to sit in same channel or needs permission to subscribe your channel
