Microphone stops working in TS 2 and 3

Hi all

I bought a new PC with an onboard VIA soundchip and use Win 7 Home Premium 64 Bit. Since I use that the microphone stops working after while connected to TS, doesn't matter if 2 or 3. I need to close TS completely as with a simple reconnect the not working microphone doesn't get reactivated, and no, it isn't muted accidently when this happens. I can't specify an exact time after connecting to a server as it's always different. When the microphone turns silent I still see the green dot lightning while pressing the speach button, but no one on my server can hear me talk. I'd like to know if it's a problem caused by TS, and if yes, how to solve, or if it's caused by my soundchip.

I've got this problem too. When I start TS3 the mic works perfectly for a period of time and then there is no voice only the shining light, but in the setup I can still hear my own voice.
TS2 works perfectly played almost 4h without this bug appearing.
Hope somebody knows how to solve this kind of problem.
