That's are Group ID's right. Not Client ID. ^^

Default Theme with Cleanlooks
This occurs only with the default theme.

Also the channel topic/description bug occurs only with the default theme.

Feature request:
I want to have an option to hide groups from that list.
For example "Admin Server Query".
