I need any help I can get. I have a friend using TS2. He is deaf so he is not able to chat with us other than the text at the bottom. Is there anyone out there that knows how we can get him set up so he can do Text To Speech (TTS). And if so does everyone in the server we are in have to change their settings. He has tried to download TTS from sites but it does not transfer it correctly on ts. I appreciate any help I can get to make his communications more enjoyable. TY.
