Server.exe closes after start

When i try to start the server.exe it appears for 1second and closes then immediately.

This is since my Router got a crash but all settings are still the same!

I already overwrote the server files with new ones, doesnt work. Also i restarted my PC.

When i try to start a server this appears in the log:

delete the ts3server.sqlitedb file

Is there no way to get my old database back? I spent hours on creating this...
