    Channel where nobody can talk

    Hey
    I wanna have a AFK-Channel where nobody is able to speak, and when i'm saying nobody, i mean Admins too!
    Wanna have that they only can speak with Voice rights...(linke in moderated channels).
    Help pls.

    Ooops.. See to late that here is TS2.

    In TS2 you can't underbind it.
