In the ServerQuery, too? Or in the Database on the root server?
Because i have no access to the root at the moment =/

Follow the steps in these 2 posts (If you rent your server you will have to request they grant these permissions)
1st
http://forum.teamspeak.com/showpost....0&postcount=36
Grant b_permission_modify_power_ignore to the admin server query server group via server query or in the client (can also grant to SA) then
2nd
http://forum.teamspeak.com/showpost....41&postcount=5
Both are from http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthread.php?t=51125Last edited by poisonpanik; 18-04-2010 at 10:24.

Remove the word group from the permissions. That was changed in one of the recent server upgrades.
example
servergroupaddperm sgid=2 permsid=i_needed_modify_power_icon_manage permvalue=100 permnegated=0 permskip=0
Changed from i_needed_modify_power_group_icon_manage

servergroupaddperm sgid=2 permsid=i_needed_modify_power_icon_manage permvalue=100 permnegated=0 permskip=0
error id=1024 msg=invalid\sserverID
servlist
error id=256 msg=command\snot\sfound
use sid=1
error id=0 msg=ok
servergroupaddperm sgid=2 permsid=i_needed_modify_power_icon_manage permvalue=100 permnegated=0 permskip=0
error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=17288
servergroupaddperm sgid=2 permsid=i_needed_modify_power_icon_manage permvalue=100 permnegated=0 permskip=0

The command is "serverlist" not "servlist".
Did you use the superadmin or are you in the group "Admin Server Query"?
17288 is the permission "i_group_needed_modify_power".

So you connected as normal serveradmin?
They cant change the template nor query groups, you need the superadmin password that was given when starting TS for the first time.

And how can i get superadmin now??
Maybe to read out the sqllite db with sqlitebrowser? Which entries there? In the db the super server admin login must stand?Last edited by Dragon_of_Storm; 21-04-2010 at 13:15.

If your hosting the server yourself you should have wrote down the password, when starting the server
for first time.
Anyway, look into this thread -> http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthread.php?t=48255
(You cant read out the password as in TS2, TS3 encrypts them)
