No whitelist or blacklist in the downloads

when I download the Linux 64 Server Version. ther are no whitelist or blacklist files. Have I create them by myself, and how I have to name that files?

they will be automatically created on the first run i believe

What server version are you running?
Whitelist was added in beta13. Only beta13, 15 and 16 included the whitelist file, starting in beta17 the server creates it if not found. None of the current releases have a blacklist, expect to see it very soon though, and expect it to be like the whitelist from beta17 and later (IE not in the download file and created on first run).

Blacklist comes with server beta 21 and is not included in package.
query_ip_blacklist.txt will be created and the filename can be changed with paramater query_ip_blacklist=
