[Solved] Avatar, Max file size not more than 0 kb?

Trying to upload my avatar and the error message is :

Selected avatar file is too large.
The maximum allowed file size is 0 kb.

This makes no sense to me and my admins say I have permissions.

My jpeg is 250x191 at 9.21 kb.

What can I do to get my avatar up?

I'm trying to help Pam-G7FPW with a server and we ran into an avatar issue. She had an avatar uploaded but deleted it. Now when she attempts to upload an avatar she gets an error

Selected avatar file is too large.
The maximum allowed file size is 0 kb.

I changed the permissions to allow for 512kb but I was unable to figure out why she kept getting this error. I did receive the same error the first time I attempted to upload the avatar but after I made the change to 512kb I had no trouble uploading my avatar.

Any ideas?

Hi! As you'll see from his post, Poisonpanik has been helping my group with this (and other issues), but we found the answer by setting the Avatar permission at '-1' then going back and replacing the '-1' with '51200'. It worked for us - maybe it'll work for you!

Ok, so now Pam-G7FPW has this problem again and the fix posted above did not work. I also deleted my avatar on their server and receive the same error when I attempt to use the exact same file that was just there as my avatar again.

Anyone know what we are doing wrong or how we can fix this??

No clue what happened but it appears to be working now.
