[On Todo] Servers Disconnects

I am having ++++++ issues with this Teamspeak 3 server! its becoming a total pain, im getting disconnected every 3-4 hrs or so or randomly. When this happens my internet is stable and fine! i run a ping test by typing

ping virginmedia.com -t
ping eurots1.gameservers.com -t

they both show the following

Ping statistics for 212.187.246.58:

this shows and clearly indicates no timeouts and a solid stream of data to the server Eurots1.gameservers.com

soo when i get disconnected i try to reconnect but cant takes around 4-5 mines to reconnect! but others are still in the server why is this? what can it be...

Many dc's and disconnects.

The last couple of days/weeks many Timeouts and DC's are going on. I think its an TS3 bug because its just from the last weeks.

The dc's are mostly around the clock of 20:00 till 20:50 I got 3 servers running the first one created has the most dc's very strange...

Checkt the server but all is fine as it should be.

Hope someone knows what it is and how to fix it.

Have you ever check the ping or packetloss of such users?
Maybe your server under heavy load and ping get's high.

Yupz we monitored and checked everyting, the server and users everything is fine..

it is very strange that only the first public created has the issue, i hear when people have the problem they switch to an other channel the most timeouts are fixed by doing that.. The timeouts occours randomly..

Can you guys as teamspeak creators fix this annoyin bug. Becuas when we play in game some people disconnect without a reason.

We're using this server as well and this problem appeared about 1.5 month ago, so a little longer as metioned by Dennis. The disconnects happen maybe once or twice a week and always around 20:00. After 20-30 minutes all is back to normal and working as intended. Aside from 2 people that always have some packet loss nothing seems to be wrong on our side. Sometimes it works to switch to a different channel, but not always. Thanks for your time and hopefully you can fix this somehow.

Last days/weeks there are many connection losts on pub2, below here a SHORT log file of it, it happens like every 5 minutes. Mostly in the evening between 19:30 - 21:30. Please do something about it because its very annoying.
