TS3 keeps disconnecting

I just got a new internet service provider and router. Everytime i use Ts3, it disconnects after maybe 2-3 min. I dunno why and i cant find any network settings for ts3 to fix it. I use a netgear model CGD24G. Please help

is your modem separate from your router? if so try to connect directly to the modem and see if your problem goes away. You may need to forward the TS3 ports in your router. Do you have a software firewall? Have you tried turning it off to see if it is causing the problem?

im still having the same problem, even though i port fowarded the ts3 ports =/ i even tried to port foward the server's port, and it's still doing it >.< *scratches head furriously*

Did you attempt my other suggestions? Do you have a software firewall such as windows firewall? Try turning off things like a firewall/anti-virus.

yes i turned off my windows firewall =/ i dunno what could cause this, i wish there was a TS3 error list
