[Solved] Change the IP of my TS3 server

I'm setting up a TS3 server on a rented server box ( not my own physical computer ) I run multiple servers on the box ( I am running 4 gaming servers and the TS3 server ) when I installed the TS3 server it used my main server box IP.. I don't want it to use this IP.. How can I edit the IP? through cmd line? if so how would it be typed?

example :: It installed it to my main IP which is : 174.286.48.226
but I want it to use this IP : 174.286.48.227

The operating system for the box is Windows Server 2008 32 bit

I don't know if this is possible from your side, it would have to be done on the servers side.

Reason being is that the server has a specified number of IP addresses assigned to it. For example your rented server is 174.286.48.226 but in actuality the server box probably has 174.286.48.0 - 174.286.48.255. When the IP address is typed in and accessed, it goes to a Virtual Server Directory on the Server Box that is assigned that IP address. Using a different IP would send it to a different Virtual Server Directory.

There are 2 things that you can do though. Ask the Admin of your Rented Server Box if you can also have the IP address 174.286.48.227 and re-direct it to the directory where your TS3 server is.

Or you can get a free IP direct service like www.dyndns.com or many others and re-direct it to 174.286.48.226. Other than that, I think you are stuck using the IP address they gave you without having to rent another server.

I dont if this makes a difference but I have the multiple IP's available to use
    IP's:
    174.286.48.226
    174.286.48.227
    174.286.48.228
    174.286.48.229

I figured it out, I just had to put this in the command line::

    "C:\Program Files\KT Gameservers\teamspeak3-server_win32\ts3server_win32.exe" voice_ip=174.286.48.227

    thanks anyway
