Personalize Ban Messages Like Away Messages

Currently I have the ability to personalize my away messages and can select the one I want to use when I am away.

It would be nice to have this ability for the ban system.

When banning a user and when Editing bans on the ban list, it would be nice to have a drop down list of personalized ban reasons.

It would make it easier to do the ban, such as being able to do the ban faster (I type slow), and also reduce my typing mistakes.

they need to extend the ban reason character limit first, i thought this was increased earlier. but after banning somone it limited it to a few characters.
