no set banner server and icon button

Couple of questions:
Are you renting a server or is the server local to your machine?
If the server is local to your machine, then the banner url must be to an outside source, it cannot be located on the server machine unless you are running an HTTP server like apache.
Second question, if it is a url to a website with the picture, did you include the HTTP:// before the url to the picture?
