Channels, Icons, Popup message

I have two things to ask. One I know there is a way where people can not see who is a channel unless your in the channel . How do you make it to where that happens? Two how can you upload icons and make them the icon that shows by the peoples name? Three when u first come in theres a way to have a message pop up like a poke holding info how do you do this? :confused: :confused: :confused:

Right click on the server and hit Edit Virtual Server. Then click on more button. Change the Messaeg mode to 'Show model message' and then it will pop up.
