Solved [Fixed] TS3 is randomly muting some few clients (users)

Hi, i'm using Windows7 64 & Windows XP 32 and TS3 is randomly muting some few clients (users).
Sometimes a user is allready muted when he enters the server, others get muted exact at the time when another user joins the server.

The icon is the same like "rightclick on user -> mute client".

    But i didn't mute anything.
"Rightclick on user -> UNmute client" doesn't work.

The only workaround is to reconnect to the teamspeak-server.
After the reconnect all muted users are unmuted, at last for the next 10 or 20 minutes...

This malfunction occures with the 32bit and 64bit client under Windows7 64 and with the 32bit client under Windows XP32.

    PC:
    TS3 (32 & 64) beta 20
    Windows7 64
    Q6600
    8800GTX
    X-Fi Titanium
    8Gig DDR2 800

    Laptop:
    TS3 32bit beta 20
    Windows XP 32
    Celeron 540
    Intel GMA X3100
    Realtek ALC286
    2Gig DDR2 667

Sorry for my funny english, i'm german :-)

What client version do you both use? I only see Server Beta22.
How many Friends | Blocked | Neutrals do you have in your Contact List?
Can you both send me a screenshot of contact default settings?

Sorry, my mistake, it was a typing error.
Though i have my own server running at "www.lan4play.de", i meant the client beta 20.
The described malefunktion occures on every server i join.

There are 7 contacts in my contact list.
    6 are set "neutral".
1 is blocked. It's the "teamspeakviewer"
I did this, because i wanted to get rid off the "user joined your channel message" caused by the "teamspeakviewer" in the default-channel.
Meanwhile i know, it doesn't work this way, but the ts-viewer is still set "blocked".

To make it clear, here is an example of the malefunction:
There are me and 7 other user on a random server, no one is muted.
User 9 joins the server and exactly at this moment user 5 gets muted, as if i had done "rightclick on user 5 -> mute client".
    But i didn't click anything.
The next 4 users join without any problems and then, when another user joins, user 3 gets muted.
This recures randomly and after a while 5 or more users are muted.
There is no way to "unmute" them.
Only if i reconnect the server all users are unmuted again.

    Another example:
There are 12 users on a random server, user 13 joins and is allready muted, as if i had done "rightclick on user 5 -> mute client".
Only after i reconnect he is unmuted again.

As i said, this happens randomly, but roughly 5 times or more per hour on a server with 10 or more users.

But i will try one thing as a possible workaround:
As blocking the "ts-viewer" is useless and i have no other blocked contacts, i will uncheck all checkboxes under "contacts -> set default -> blocked".
    Especially the checkbox "mute".
Let's see if it makes a difference.

    It does make a difference.
I have set the blocked contact to "neutral" and unchecked all checkboxes under "contacts -> set default -> blocked.
Since then the malefunction didn't occure again.
When i changed the settings back, the malefunction occured again.

This seems to be the bug:
If you have a blocked contact (and "mute blocked contacts" as default), that still joins the server very often,
at some time the client doesn't only mute the blocked user, but also starts randomly muting neutral contacts.

I can use TS with this workaround, but as a resault it is now impossible to block contacts. ;-)

Hmm. I tried to do this but to no avail. Will test more to see if i can get exact steps to reproduce. I will block someone on a server i go to often and see if i can get this to happen.
