1. I would really like to see the permission system "cleaned up" it seems really confusing and very unintuitive.
2. I would like an option as the sever admin to right click on a client and mute them for the entire server. Such that they can here but not talk to anyone. "globally mute"
3. I'm sure this has been beaten to death, but as a former Ventrilo user the auto afk mover is really nice. I like to have it move the clients that have been afk for over 20 minutes to channel. I know there is bots and such, but immigration is really nice.
4. I would like an option under the create channel menu to make it a silent channel and or just a header for a list of sub channels. Again, I know there are ways to do this, but just pushing a button in the menu is much simpler.
5. I would so see in option for and admin to easily delete a users avatar and change a users name for the entire server.
6. It would be nice to enforce naming policies for clients and channels. Where you could not allow specified names. Much like the bots do, but integration.
Just a side note, a "users guide" with all the functions, parameters, and permissions would be really nice.
Ease of accesses and integration are key for me.
I really like how it is coming and I will continue to use Team Speak over Ventrilo, nice work.

1) Have you watched the tutorials? A new one was posted the other day and both explain the permission system quite well.
2) Is this supposed to as a punishment? If you set the talk power of someone lower than the required talk power for a channel you can grant/remove their ability to talk.
3) Have you looked in the scripts/plug-in forum? I know there is at least 1 there.
4) You can do this already with a required talk power set to 1 higher than any client's talk power. My AFK channel is set to a required talk power of 76 since SAs have the highest at 75. Anyone who goes in AFK is automatically muted.
5) I believe this is on the Devs TO-DO list.
6) http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthread.php?t=52850
Remember, this program is still in BETA. All documentation will be provided for the final release. Until then you either have to experiment, ask questions in the forums, and watch the official tutorials.

I understand that there are ways to do most of what I asked, but all the ways are rather indirect. I would just pointing out some areas that "shortcuts" would be nice.
For the global mute, it is not for punishment, it is for when people for afk and leave their mic on, and when they spam. I rather mute them till they get back/stop then kick them.

Just create a "Prison" Group for this (search for it, you can find an image about their permission).
As for your "header" just name the channel as you want, like "==== Brennan ====" and set the "i_channel_needed_join_power" to a value higher than anyones "i_channel_join_power" (i. e. 100).
So, noone can join this channel.
