Cant Create New Server

First: Sorry for my bad ENG im german

My Problem:
When i make this:

login serveradmin xxxxxxx (Data i have from first install of TS3)
servercreate virtualserver_name=TeamSpeak\s]\p[\sServer virtualserver_port=9988 virtualserver_maxclients=32


I get this Error:
error id=3329 msg=connection\sfailed,\syou\sare\sbanned extra_msg=you\smay\sretry\sin\s600\sseconds (9 ms)
Total: 9 ms


can any1 help me...???

The easiest way to solve the problem is write "public ip adress" into the query_ip_whitelist.txt

1. stop the server
2. enter your ip adress into query_ip_whitelist.txt
3. start the server and retry to create an new server

This commands shout be used:

login client_login_name=serveradmin client_login_password=
use sid=1
servercreate virtualserver_name=TeamSpeak\s]\p[\sServer virtualserver_port=9988 virtualserver_maxclients=32

I need Help.

What must i make when i install all fresh
(Windows 2008 Root Server 64 Bit)

I Start the Exe then i loged in Server Query with the Data in the console at first start from the server
and use this

servercreate virtualserver_name=TeamSpeak\s]\p[\sServer virtualserver_port=9988 virtualserver_maxclients=32

or not???
(Yes i have 512 Slots / 10 Server license)

Wenn du immer noch gebannt wirst machst du etwas nicht richtig. Wenn du den Server stoppst, die IP gewhitelistet hast musst du nach dem speichern ca. 30 Sekunden warten bis du den Server wieder neu startest.

Solltest du nicht weiterkommen besuche bitte den Teamspeak 3 (Voice Server) mit der IP: voice.teamspeak.com:9987
Im Talk-Channel (German Talk -2- Support) erhältst du Hilfe.

Before you start the server again please make sure you have a break of 30 seconds between start and stop.

If you can't solve the problem please visit the teamspeak 3 public server (IP: voice.teamspeak.com:9987) and ask your question in talk-channel (English Talk 1 or 2)

okay probleme done

my db was crashed

1. stop the server
2. enter your ip adress into query_ip_whitelist.txt
3. start the server and retry to create an new server

It is not needed to stop the server. The query_ip_whitelist.txt file gets reloaded every 5 minutes. So just edit this file and wait until you see in the server log that new entries was found.
